Online informal assessments identify a student's current reading and spelling skills and their next learning steps. This information is used to write an intervention plan for each student. Note: This screener does NOT diagnose dyslexia but is used to create an intervention plan for an individual student who needs 1:1 support. The service includes a report and post-assessment parent consult.

This block of 10 online intervention uses past errors (on the screener or a prior lesson) to create a bespoke block of lessons. Each lesson starts by reviewing prior reading and spelling concepts before introducing new information in a structured and cumulative format. Sessions take place biweekly and parents are asked to review each bespoke lesson after each online lesson provided by the tutor. 

Online informal assessments identify a student's gains in reading and spelling skills after a set block of lessons. This information is used to write a post-intervention progress report for a student. This allows for comparison with the pre-support assessment to identify rate of progress and next steps.
